What will you do if your straight brother is the last key to spreading your bloodline, and your gay friend wants to lure him? The two of you are the only siblings and due to some circumstances, you have no more relatives.

Get better friends, I don't mean that in a harsh way but if this friend knows your brother is straight but keeps acting this way towards him it just seems to me that He is Not being a very good Friend at all Gay or Straight

Um, mind your own damn business?

How on earth is your brother "the last key to spreading your bloodline" (which, FYI, that sounds so incredibly creepy) when you are brother and sister? Newsflash, you have the same blood. Unless you are infertile, he's not the last of the bloodline (god I can't even type that without making my skin crawl). Why can't you have kids?

If your brother is not gay, why do you care? And if your brother is secretly gay and falls for this guy, why do you care? He can still have kids you know. It's not like sperm shrivel up and die once you go gay. He can have kids with his partner through a surrogate that will share your precious "bloodline" (ew ew ew).

And maybe, gay or straight, your brother just doesn't want kids. So maybe you really are the last of your kind...

Well, unless your brother is also gay, there's very little to "worry" about. However, even should your brother be gay, it's still quite possible for him to have children of his own. I myself am the last male of my family. I would like to have at least one child of my own, and to that end I have a friend who has agreed to be a surrogate mother for when/if I decide to do such.

And as another point of clarification, we don't "lure" people into being gay. Someone is or they aren't. If this hypothetical brother were to respond to the gay friend's advances, that tells us he wasn't so "straight" to begin with. I certainly wasn't lured in by anyone. I knew from a very early age that I was different (like, 4th grade). I never admitted it to anyone and did my best to fit in until the beginning of my senior year of high school. I had then been in a more accepting environment for a year and made friends with other gay people, so it was easier to come out, but they certainly weren't a cause.

My best friend has two younger, very attractive brothers. I am not attracted to them, though, and maybe that's because she feels like famlily to me.

However, if I was, then I would NOT act that way. Your friend should respect you and your brother enough to not behave in such a manner. I would demand that he stop acting that way, and if he doesn't, stop hanging around him.

Now....there is no way he is going to be able to lure your brother into being gay. The only way he would be able to seduce your brother is if your brother is gay or bi.....period. So, if you know for sure that you brother is straight, then don't worry.

If your brother wants to do it then thats up to him but if he is straight tell your friend to find someone else. This happened to my brother and I jumped all over my friend cause he knew he was stepping over the line. Just because you are gay does not mean everyone else has to be.

this is kind of silly you wouldnt have to do anything. if your brothers straight he wouldnt go for it and if hes gay he might. he can always donate sperm and oh yeah you being his sister coul always go out and have a kid thus furthering your bloodline.

If that brother isn't gay, you shouldn't have to worry about anything. He won't be attracted to boys.;)
