I've read most of his books and watched him on his show. Some of what he says, particularly to women, seems biased against them. And then he'll turn to a husband/mate who has an indefensible position and say, "I'm trying to help you here". I've also him say similar comments to what you've posted, like "Why, then, are you taking up space on the planet".

And, now like he is some relationship expert, he is hooking up with one of those date to get married websites. He'd better hope that he has a better research staff than Oprah's which has been making some rather big mistakes in fact-finding (i.e. A Million Little Pieces). I think he has let his celebrity go to his big, bald Texan head.

OMG really? He said that? That kindof P*sses me off.

I didn't mind him...I have to agree his voice is like nails down a chalkboard and I thought his advice was mediocre....I think his diet pills are a marketing ploy for suckers....

I think his son is...effiminate to say the least

But I didn't think he was a bad guy...He was one I could take or leave. It's not a gouge your eyes and ears out sort of thing and I'd certainly take him over reruns of 90's sitcoms any day (Thank god I don't watch much TV).

Oh btw...he's not skinny, why the heck is he selling diet pills? I think he should use them before marketing them, know what I mean?

That really doesn't sound like something he would say. I've seen a few of his shows....

I think Dr. Phil to start with is boring, although I don't understand why he should be allowed to put his two sense in other people's business what does he really know, he's been educated does he have any real life experiance with anything he talks about, most likely not

I HIGHLY doubt Dr. Phil said that word for word and I would be careful because that could be considered slander.

I do think Dr. Phil is a little harsh sometimes but he is honest and I appreciate and admire that about him.

Wow! i used to like his comments generally speaking, but that! unbelievable! Do you think he said that with a 2nd intention, sarcasm perhaps, in order to "shake" the woman a bit? I think he might be just trying to provoke a strong response from her!

Dr. Phil needs to worry about his own problems, and not exploit other people's problems on national TV. No one really cares about two random people's relationship problems, and he's WAY to hard on people anyways.

He did not!
Prove that! You may be thinking of Mad TV's parody of his show. But if you can't point me to a web site or some other way to prove that he said that, I'm gonna go with, "you must be hearing things!"

I'm not sure if he'd seriously say that, but I do think he's a little fake. Like he's not in touch with the real world.

Just my opinion!
