If you know it for a fact then you should talk to your spouse about what is going on --- if you two can work out the issues then by all means do so. Settle the discord that's going on in your marriage first --- then have a heart to heart with your brother ... don't do it until you feel you can sit down and talk with him rationally and without fighting --- you may need to get a mediator BEFORE the two of you get face to face....

Pray for your brother and your wife and walk away from the relationship dont even bring it up just leave her and shock her. Be peaceful and be smart your brother will aways be your brother but woman who cheat are losers get rid of her she is not wife material pray that God gives you the strength to forgive and walk away .

Yes the guy should but tell the wife that she should be the one to tell the husband first if the husband does not already know about it. You both need counseling and help here!

Definitely confront both of them. I went thru this with my ex cheating with his sis in law--and she had several boyfriends! (Notice I said EX) His brother and sis in law are still together and his brother confronted him. He could have kicked his butt, even killed him, but he told my ex that he isn't worth it. Now he NEVER leaves the two of them alone (gee, I wonder why).

Get proof first; pictures, video, sound recordings, etc. Then embarrass the hell out of both of them in divorce court. I'd ditch both the wife and the brother.
