How does Hitler try to create his ideal Volksgemeinschaft?

he tried to indoctrinate the people using propaganda, although this wasn't always effective. Most notably, he tried to glorify the mother and indoctrinate the young (Nazify them early). Goebbels was head of propaganda. Newspapers were taken over by the Nazis and glorified them. Radios were put up everywhere so people could hear Nazi broadcasts whereever they went.

Hitler youth groups were set up, where boys were taught from Mein Kampf and made to do military drills. Although they were popular, some sources show how many felt they were tedious.
Girls were taught how to cook, sew and be good mothers in general.

Also children were taught Nazi ideologies at school. Non-Nazi teachers were taken out of schools. Maths problems were worded so it would look like Jews were evil and the old were expendable. Mothers were given medals for having 4,6, or 8 children and propaganda showed the simple housewife as an ideal role model. They also had knitting clubs and other social events.

Later during the war (when Hitler was becoming desperate and deluded), camps were set up where young females could become pregnanted by 'handsome' Aryan Nazis. Those with mental dieases or social diseases (drug addiction, alcoholism) were forcibly sterilised. Hitler wanted his perfect race.
