I was with a friend yesterday and she was complaining to me about the Poor Credit status of Her Boy Friend, and if she were to marry
Him, there would be a Prenuptial agreement, In my own View I feel Like Marriage should be based on trust, why marry someone if you are not
sure you are going to spend your whole entire life with the person, I have the opinion that Parties that request Prenuptial Agreement have a malicious Intent
of using their partner (whether sexually or Financially) and since they can't trust themselves , they also can't trust their partners. Any view to this is welcome

this is how i look at things.... have you ever been with someone that you thought that you could be with for the rest of your life, then all of a sudden, a breakup.... she probably really does love him. but expecially if he has that bad of credit, she is just protecting herself in case something happens. a girl has to do what a girl has to do.... sorry that i dont feel the same as you, but thats how i look at it.

I totally believe in Pre-Nups if one person has way more to lose than the other. Realistically, many marriages end up in divorce, and people should protect themselves. It has nothing to do with trust - just looking out for your own best interest!

Yes i feel it is... Trust is a big issue and you should not get married if you dont have trust or love. I dont believe in prenups myself! When you get married everything should be 50 50.

I think a pre-nup is admitting the marriage will fail-
If you think of prenup before you get married- then more than likey you should not be marrying that person-

Trust is trust. Not losing your mind and making sure you may feel safe is other.
