You have to decide what's most important to you. Your sister would be hurt if she found out so you shouldn't tell him. Plus, it wouldn't be right to date or steal him away from your own sister. Even if your sister and her bf broke up, it wouldn't be right to hook up with him. Sometimes when you spend a lot of time with a guy regardless of who he is; you'll start liking him. Maybe you've spent time with him and you've started liking him. You should not spend any TIME with him or else something would happen. Just trust your instincts, and decide what's most important to you.
Your own living flesh and blood sister that you'll be with for the rest of your life or some random guy that probably will affect your relationship with your sis and cause some emotional stress between you and her?

First off, control your damn hormones!!! Your sister and your relationship with her is far more important. Allow them the time etc. to find out if things are or will be alright between them. You said in your question that he's HER b/f!!! If things don't work out then you can let him know you're interested in pursuing something. But don't place yourself or them in a position where bad things could happen. All things happen for a reason, allow them to happen the way they're supposed to!

He is taken dear you need to find someone else. Even though if you tell him how you feel he may end up telling your sister and that will create a big mess!!! Or he will do what most men do cheat on your sister, do you want that for yourself and your sister!!

Find someone else.

What you need to understand is that you are a female. This means, you won't have ANY trouble finding someone, especially if YOU do the asking. What you will have trouble with is weeding out the jerks from the guys worth keeping.

Oh yeah, sisters are forever, so don't screw it up by stealing her bf.

Blessings,
Jon

There are so many guys out there, find your own! A year from now you probably won't remember his name, but your sister will be an important part of your life forever. Keep your thoughts to yourself and don't damage your sister relationship. You'll need her support someday!

Stay away from him. No guy is worth hurting your own sister over. Guys will come and go but sisters are forever.
