is there a site to search neighborhood information base on crime rate?

I want to find towns/cities that have a crime rate less than 3 in a specific county, but the sites i went to ask for the town name first. does anyone have any ideas?

Without the county name, it was hard to find the exact site you're looking for but I did find a few that might point you in the right direction:
