Read or watch a show till I pass out.
If you are trying to stay awake stay aware from sugar and caffeine. Both will pick you up for a short time then crash you hard making you feel MORE tired.
Eat high protein and try to take a walk evey now and then. Take a nap on your lunch and eat at your desk. If you can.

Well if it is appropriate for me to go take a nap or go to sleep, then i will. But if i have to be awake, then i drink coffee and try to move around a little.

snooze for a couple of hours nad then get up and start back on what i was doing before i came oh so tired!((lol)) hope this helps!

i stay up all night, trip out, get vially angry, and drink more coffee. which will result in a headache in a few hours, since we have to clean today. sounds like a fun, fun, day ahead. makes me want to puke already. :). good times good times. i'll send positive energy to you though, because i just had part of my "spill" out on here
