Well there are several ways to do that and the first begins with loving yourself so your beauty shines on the inside and outside. Next here are some cheap home treatments 1. if you have an old banana or overripped banana take it and mash it up then apply to your face wait 20minutes rinse with warm water and your skin is rejuvenated, old skin removed and glowing, 2. Is to wash your face with some baking soda, then make a paste leave on for about 2 minutes then rinse with warm water then add some baby oil with lotion so you wont break out and woa la fresh is so clean clean, 3. over the counter items that will cost you but they work, 4. Avon has a great product called Anew, and last just keeping a moist towelette to wash your face daily can add beauty to anyone, but smiling is the best exercise your face will love. These have worked for women and men all over the world.

Hi Melissa,
I would recommend using Neutrogena-Visibly Even Cleaner and Moisturizer. I use both them everyday and my skin has a great glow and this product also make skin visibly even. It provides your skin with a healthy glow. Also, it fades any imperfections to give your skin a more toned look. This product is great and I'm sure you'll love it too.Hope this helps.

Exfoliate, moisturize. Doing cardio or working out works great too. Eating brightly colored fruits and veggies is good too. But for quick results start with the exfoliation and make sure to moisturize! Very important no matter what kind of skin you have. Find a specific moisturizer for your type of skin.

Drink plenty of water; at least 8 glasses a day.
Purchase a cleanser,toner,and moisturizer,for your skin type.
Use an exfoliant (facial scrub) at least twice a week.
Eat plenty of fruits and veggies. The antioxidants will purify your entire body.
Start taking care of your face, while your still young. You (and the fellas), will love your look later on in life!

Keep the makeup OFF of your face. Let the beautiful woman shine through.
Wash with VERY mild soap, or better yet, only warm water, but often.
Moisturize once in a while.
EAT properly, NO junk food.
Exercise properly and regularly.
SLEEP properly
SMILE a LOT.

microderm abraison, Mary kay is the best, it has a special cream only they have to sooth and rejuvenate faster. plus no red blotchy face if you use the cream. If not, go to a salon if you have the money. They also make one for the body, I don't know who makes that though.

Ok Hun , I'm not a female and therefore not as prem and worried about how I look.....But I grew up on an old fashioned farm back in the mid-west..I'll share some old things I learned about the body and taking care if it....Your body is made up Bones, Muscle and covered in dead skin..follow what I am about to tell you and I guarantee that within 2 months you'll lok better and feel better.
First you are what you eat, So eat at least 2 bowls of Oatmeal a week, Eat at least 3 pieces of fresh fruit aweek ( 1 apple 2 oranges ro 2 apples and a pear , What every you like) Eat at least four servings of fish ( if you don't like fish buy a fish oil supplement)
Don't eat more than three meals containing Beef. The rest of the meats are OK, Turkey, Chicken, even Pork is better than beef on your body.. Eat Veggies (fresh or frozen) Raw is better than cooked, Now comes the hard part get rid of Sugar in your diet as much as you can, This include's corn syrup, Dextrose and Sucrose., Starch's like in potatoes are OK. (believe it or not)
other foods are OK cottage cheese is GREAT. if you drink milk and you should a least a glass a day make it 2%.
Now for your outside..Alot of people take showers or baths but just lather by hand......Use a wash cloth,,It helps remove dead skin cells..Use a mild soap (like dove) and if you can use soft water. when you dry dry well with a dry towel, Don't use soap to wash your hair every day it removes to much natural oils and conditioners don't replace them. Use a glycerine soap to wash your face at nite befor going to bed. ......Brush your teeth twice a day don't use a hard bristle brush..Germs and plaque form in the mouth and actually aid the ageing process..Go for walks everyday if you can at least 1/2 mile the fresh air puts more oxygen into your system ( I know that sounds korney but its true it raises the level of oxygen in you system) last stay out of the 11 to 2 sun and use a sun screen whenyou are out......See you don't need to buy expensive lotions (they just waste your money) and you don't need to ex foliate Let your body do it naturally it will work
Oh and if you feel like you need and abrasion just use alittle baking soda and soap on your wash cloth........Buying that (junk at the store just waste your money...look at it this way say you spend 5.00 aweek on junk (they say you need to stay looking good) thats 260.00 a year....Humm nice new outfit, diner+ movie and
