LaBoom! It´s located at Km 3.5 of the Hotel Zone. You can take any bus in the Hotel Zone, they all make a stop at La Boom; or you can ask any taxi driver.
Killer margaritas and a group of the male waiters got on the stage and did this hilarious little synchronized dance.
I loved it...

I wouldn't recommend venturing out of the tourist area. It's not very safe.
