1) say that you always put as much effort in your work as you can, you review what you have done and try to improve things, you can maybe say that you ask others for feedback. say that you learn fast / learn from your mistakes. That you are competitive and like to be good at your job.

2) say that you know a lot about mobile phones. you fit well in an dynamic, innovative and challenging environment (if you do!) you are customerfocused, understand what customers want. Mention all your good charistaristics that make sense for this job

As an exec with 20 years interior the scientific corporation, I say that's the main compelling concern I particularly have ever heard. maximum resumes are crammed with BS. it is genuine and, interior the vast scheme of issues, who would not desire an worker who can amuse the hell out of every person?

Consantly upgrade your product knowledge, watch others and adapt their techniques to suit your style, remain courteous and helpful always, do not talk down to new inexperienced users, go the extra mile, learn from yours and others errors, be genuine in your products capabilities. (To drink champagne you must think champagne)

Self belief and integrity.
