Usually nothing. You can start getting morning sickness after the first 2-8 weeks which can last 2-6 weeks. I think there's pregnancy tests that can determine whether you're pregnant after a week or so. But they aren't always 100% accurate, so if you think you might be, see a doctor or take another test after another couple weeks. You can always take the Morning After pill for up to 72 hours after unprotected sex which stops the fertilized egg from staying in the uterus.

it's very unlikely to experience symptoms this quickly! The first thing I noticed when I became pregnant was tender sore breasts and a full feeling in my abdomen... other symptoms would to be start noticing the little "bumps" around your nipples becoming more pronounced... tiredness, soreness, and ultimately morning sickness. Most of those other things won't start until after you've been able to take a pregnancy test however. Hope this helped a little...

Dizziness is always a big one for me (I'm in my third pregnancy). Something that chances VERY quickly is how you taste down there. If you're a little more bitter, you very well could be pregnant. My husband always told me within a week of getting pregnant that I must be because the taste had changed. He was always right.
