First of all they need a new coach. Think about it they Did so much better when Larry brown was coaching. They went to the playoffs basically every year. And not to forget the year that they went to the finals against the lakers. They need more rounded players. Allen can't do it by his self and he is obviously looking like a ball hog try to. Get bigger men under the goal and about 3 more good shooters and they might have a chance. And yes they need to trade webber. he did much better with the kings. And believe it or not there is no way Allen is getting traded. That is the franchise. without him the team basically has no fans. but that is my opinion.

Trade Iverson and just talk Weber into retirement. Get a TEAM and not just a flashy ball hugger who should be playing with the scrubs on the AND 1 tour
