The bumps that you are observing are probably montgomery glands that serve the purpose of lubricating the areola. Remember, some of the symptoms of PMS are similar to pregnancy. If you are truly concerned, seek advice from your OB/GYN.

The little bumps are caused by hormonal changes in a womans body. Usually a woman get them when she is pregant. It is a very early sign of pregancy.
What kind of test did you use? The only one that you can take and get a positive (if you are pg) before your period starts, is first response. This test can detect the lowest amount of HCG (the pregnancy hormone) in a womans body. If you use it and get a negative, wait a few days and test again. This is because HCG level in a womans body, double every 48 hours.
Hope this helps you ! :)

It has nothing to do with pregnancy. But if you are keen to conceive, minimise resorting to artificial measures in sexuality. Sex is a gift of nature, enjoy it the way nature has designed it; not otherwise. Most of the complications are due to man made devices intended for maximising sexual pleasure, but in long run they are loose-rs.

Take a "first response" test, they are the most accurate up to 5 days before your period is supposed to start.
Could just be hormonal changes, not neccessarily pregnancy.

It could be a sign of early pregnancy, But go to your doctor, because it sounds to me like you're just focused on the pregnancy issue, When it could be cancer / hormones, maybe?
Good Luck
