Don't move to LA. It sucks here. If I could I'd move out. Go live in Finland.

Check out this website. It provides a very easy to read map of the world by climate zone. If climate is at all in your consideration you will find this to be very helpful. If your looking for a cultural, college town in an urban, but, not over crowded area Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Michigan, U.S. are great! Cold in the winter though. Depends on what you are looking for and if you want to stay in Norway or immigrate somewhere.

It depends on what you are looking for. Look at your interests, and make a choice. If that fails, put a map on the wall, close your eyes and throw a dart at the map. Where it lands, that's where you go. :) Good luck.

It really depends alot on the type of weather you like. I'd say New Zealand or Austrailia. But you might prefer Canada or the US.
