go to your basement or where the main water pipe comes into your house, and you can turn the pressure up there.

If it is just out of the shower head you may have a low flow head. Replace it with one that allows for more water flow. If it is your whole house you probably have low pressure from the city and need a high pressure low volume head like a lot of hotels use. They have high pressure, but low volume so it is still kind of hard to rinse off and sometimes the water pressure is so high it stings.

If none of the above work and your water pressure problem is the whole house you should think of installing a cistern in your attic just big enough for a nice long shower the good thing with this is it,s green avoid drinking the water tho' holding tanks can be the cause of legionaires disease you can sterilise the water by adding something to dispene a few drops per gallon of household bleach(not clothes bleach) which will not do you any harm

This question is too complicated to give you the answer.! 1 has the water pressure always been low ?2 is it a power shower? 3 what is low ? the hot water or the cold water? I WOULD GUESS IT'S THE HOT WATER ! In which case you will have to have a booster pump fitted because you don't have a suffient head of water , because your header tank is too low. ANY PROBLEMS EMAIL ME.

If it's on mains supply, the pressure can't be increased but do check the nozzle for limescale.
If it's on gravity feed from the cistern in the attic, the pressure is determined by the vertical difference from supply to exit nozzle. A pumped shower can be installed or a power shower pump added.

if the hot water pressure is low on a non pumped system raising the height of the cold water storage tank will increase pressure.

Get an new shower head, also speak to your water supplier and get them to check the pressure in your area, if its too low they should raise the pressure.

Hope that helps.

Good Luck.

Near the basement where your water supply connection is made there will be a rotary knob or control ,adjust it.If water supply in your area itself at low pressure you may have to install booster pump.

If you are on city water there is not much you can do.
If you have a well and pressure tank you can check the tank pressure to make sure it as the required minimum. It should say on the tank.
