How do I delete an application that claims to be being used by another person/program. I dwnlded a game. --PW-

This Application is an Icon(blank white/blue)that will not activate & will not Delete either...claims to be Active!!

The system is using the file, so you will need to either reboot into safe mode to delete it or kill the application in Task Manager.

Many times, you can delete it in safe mode.
