She must be a psycho just like my stepmom, maybe she just despises you, and probably for absolutely no reason, and doesn't want her kids to get close to you. Now that you guys live so close, it would be really easy for them to come over a lot, and maybe she is affraid of the kids liking you more. Fricken people do really wierd stuff and usually for no reason!!!!! If you haven't already, try calling her or going down to the house and asking her what the problem is. Good Luck!!

Well geeeeesh, where's the fun in having an ex if you cant drive them into the ground with slander and lies?....you see, part of divorce is the reminicsing and war story part of memory. This part of our personalities tells us we are better and not at fault for anything ( which is a lie ) that we were part of. It is "downright American" to slander your ex, It's like apple pie and baseball. Dont fret none though,.....It doesnt just happen to you,...it is happening to me as i type this message. It just means that I am still alive or that my ex has survived me!....Its just statistics and the kids know the truth already and will understand it more as they get older and will dismiss all the "BS" on thier own. And,...."no it isnt alright for him to have someone else" or, "for him to be happy in any situation".....he's a guy after all!.....the guy is always wrong!...trust me on this!

It doesn't matter what the ex thinks. What matters is that he's not going to put up with it and does what he has to do in order to see his kids on a regular basis. People like his ex you cannot reason with and talking to them will get you no where. Actions speak louder than words and this guy needs to spring into action ASAP for his kids sake.

She might still be jealous. Even though she might be remarried doesn't mean that she can get over the fact that he has someone else that loves and cares about him.

It is sad to say, but she is using the kids to get back at him. She is probly just an unhappy person to begin with and she hates seeing him happy with you.

i agree... i hate that...but people too weak to follow their own dreams often find a way to discourage yours!...take her to court if the problem gets to great to handle..
