In the state that I live in we have a very high tax rate on cigarettes which makes them very expensive. People were going online to buy them. Well, the state supoenaed all the web sites and made them turn over their sales records. The state then sent a letter to everyone that had bought cig. over the internet and told them the amount of taxes they had to pay for buying their cig. online.
Can you believe that?

States keep track, and I don't know how, of your purchases and send you a letter demanding the tax on the cigs. But if you order from a real Indian "reservation" store you will be safe. the reservation stores don't have to report.

none of them, you'll just end of getting screwed into paying the taxes anyways plus a fine. Those companies have to report their sales to the gov't.
