1. I make sure by monitoring and copying those who are outstanding. By reading and comprehending information from a wide range of disciplines, not just mine. By constantly learning the newest things in my field. By checking and double checking, by practicing and studying. By familiarizing myself with the competition and putting in the effort to make my work even better.
2. I'm assuming you are applying for a PR job or a representative job of some sort, that's the only way this question makes sense. YOu have to say you are proud to represent the company and you believe what they are doing helps people and you want to help the world understand how great the company is. Also you can convince people that the company's products are the best.

1.) I have always been a curious person, and I enjoy perfecting whatever it is I do. I try to stay on top of the [field] by reading, taking various courses, and I can always benefit by learning from my colleagues and supervisors.

2.) I always look forward to change and progress. Any company needs someone who can improve when they need improvements and who needs someone who can identify a problem quickly but can find a solution to that answer even more quickly. Because of those natural qualities I have, I think I'm the man for the job.

1. Continual education. The environment in which we do business is always changing and to be the best, one must always seek to improve one's self through learning. Education comes from several sources, trade journals, news, other professionals in the field and experience.

2. Two reasons: first, integrety; you need someone who can be trusted by your stakeholders, I can't prove to you in an interview that I'm honest, instead, I would suggest you contact my references. Second, communication; you are in need of someone who can communicate well which includes skills such as listening as well as speaking, writting and physically projecting confidence and concern for stakeholders needs.

It should be noted that directing the interviewer to your references is a good tactic as calling references is often considered a step following the interview process for those who qualify. Hence, if the interviewer decides to follow up on your suggestion, he or she will likely associate you with the people intended to pass on to the next round, futhermore, contact with your references should be another positive experience associated with you for that person.

Best of luck.
