Are there any other websites like Yahoo Answers, anywhere?

This is probably a stupid question but I like the idea of posting something and getting many immediate responses. Is there anything else available like that?

I heard that you can go to vonity.com and answer questions and get paid per minute for doing so, and you set the per minute fee. But, I am not sure exactly what is involved with it, if you have to pay anything, etc.
