May i please have a high lv runescape account( I dont care if there r no items)?
i woud like to have a runescape account that is high level, I quit a long time ago but i would like to strt again.
And i used to have lv 70 and i gave it away a long time ago but now i want to start again but i dont want to have to go through the pain of getting all the quests done and building the skills up again

I would suggest that you just make a new one, getting a used one is, in my opinion, lazy...any high level person would not simply give their account away. You pay for the skills...
