for some reason my wifes yahoo account says my name..how could that have happened?

I set up internet service thru my phone company and since I'm the one that called and set up all the info, my husbands yahoo acount says my name too. He edited it though, he clicked on the screen name when it says "Hello, whoever" and edited "account info" or "profile info" one of the two.
