Go to the homepage of yahoo messenger, go to install messenger, scroll to the bottom of the page...hidden there are the words: web messenger...if you click on that you can get on messenger without installing it. You don't have all the cool features like IMs and Audibles but you can chat with your friends. Really handy when travel ling for instance. Why they have hidden it so deep I really don't know.....

I know that back in the day yahoo had a web-based messenger. Not so sure about that anymore, but i'd check messenger.yahoo.com
just hunt around the page

You have to install msn messenger to be able to use it. You could probably download it for free from the msn website (www.msn.com) and then install it.

You can go to Yahoo games and go in to like ppol or something and then on the rigth hand side you can go to messenger.

Download trillian, it lets you use AOL, MSN, Yahoo, and icq without installing them

you can't first you have to have the Internet then you have to install it. The program won't exist until you install it
