Of course. Anything that flies and you cannot identify, is by definition, an Unidentified Flying Object.
However, If you're talking about an exrtra-terrestrial vehicle manned by beings not of this solar system, then no.
The closest solar system would make a trip of hundreds of years. And to cross all that distance to simply pick up a cow or some lost hillbilly seems not only unreasonable, but ridiculous.
And the possibility of faster than light travel is nothing short of fiction.
So, the answer is; yes, and no...

Yes, UFO stands for, "Unidentified Flying Object." That means that anything you see in the sky and are unable to identify it is in fact a UFO, at least it is to you at that point in time.

It would be naive of us to believe that out of the billions and billions of stars that ours is the only one that has ever supported life. The chance of not having other life in the universe is practically statistically impossible, the real question comes down to do they visit us?
