Almost from the time man appeared on the earth thinkers, philosophers, prophets, religions, and human lovers have been seeking ,talking and looking for justice. Laws are made and courts invented, lawyers have studied to achieve justice, but as you may agree with me,achieving justice is becoming unaccessible in our modern world. I will be happy and thankful to have your idea about this critical problem. The rulers and governments(most of them) are deceiving nations, specially the public.when will this end?

Justice is perhaps the ultimate of all social and personal virtues. A state of perfect justice is a state of mind, things or affairs where every thing is at its rightful place – where every emotion, idea, thing or belonging is where it should be. For example, to have charitable intentions or thoughts when a charitable ability has been achieved by unjust means is a misplacement of a good idea – the idea in itself is not unjust but by virtue of it placement it is unjustly placed. In such case restoration of a just state of ideas in mind will only be achieved when the unjust practice is forsaken and all gains out it have been surrendered - not as a charity, but as a duty to fulfil the basic conditions for justice.

This is not true that the concept of absolute justice is beyond the grasp of human mind, far from it. We intuitively have an inkling what is just and what is unjust – if not individually then collectively we know when something is not right or is unjustly placed.

Religions claim to present a concept of perfect or universal justice alongside implementation guidelines. The concept of justice is also formulised by secular states in the world. It is true that both the conceptual and implementation aspects of justice have always been controversial.

Then there is a concept of natural justice. According to this principle things and affairs have a natural tendency to restore themselves to a state of balance and harmony. The examples for this include earth's ecosystems, and healing of our body in case of illness or injury.

According to my understanding however and as a direct response to your question, the root cause of scarcity of justice in our societies in present times and throughout human history, is due to a lack of knowledge, understanding and awareness.

If for example you see a vase placed on staircase you will immediately know where it belongs and you will without hesitation put it back on the shelf for example.

But things are not as simple as this when it comes to dealing with the construct of human mind or public affairs.

You see, we know very little about ourselves. We often define ourselves in terms of our material needs and try to deal with issues resulting from this in form of our accesses and greed along side many other things. Whereas a human society where people are better aware of themselves more is likely to be a society closer of an ideal state of social and individual justice. I would not elaborate further. In simple word to know, understand and appreciate justice we perhaps need to know more about ourselves – what for example our true needs are. We need to do justice to our perception of ourselves first only then we will be able to do justice in this world.

Justice in its absolute or purest of forms can not be achieved by mankind. It is just like the pureness of love and many other ideals, they just can't exist in the real world. One person's sense of justice can't possibly agree with anyone elses completely. Only on a case by case basis and even then there will be some (maybe ever so slight) difference.

May be the concept of justice never started at all. How could it, when every man has a different notion of what justice is.

it really is an hassle-free one. If the international receives too warm, we've shown that we can live on it because the "Cradles of Civilization" were in warm, dry aspects. If the international receives chilly, then we've already shown that we can upward push up to ice a at the same time as, and that is with out any "extreme" technologies. If the international receives overpopulated, it is going to, out of necessity, stability itself out. i do not imagine we want to rigidity about surviving the subsequent one hundred years. the authentic question is the thanks to we save the subsequent one hundred years from starting to be the subsequent darkish Age.
