What is your typical reaction to a really bad joke?

I say , really, that's fascinating. Then I have discussions with them about whatever it is they say. They always try and explain that it was a joke. Which is fun. Because I try and make them explain why it was funny. I guess that's a little mean. but I like it, because it's the kind of joke that's only funny to me, which means my favorite kind.

I ask the person that told me the joke, "Why on earth did you stop me to tell me this joke...It was horrible, it had no comedic value whatsoever, I wasted approximately 3 minutes of my life listening to your joke...Do you realize I will never get those minutes back??? I cannot believe we're friends...Go fu*k yourself!!!" Then as you're walking away, turn to him and say, "Hey wanna grab a drink after work?, Yeah? Okay see you at Mc Sorleys".

my husband tells bad jokes. I tell him that was stupid so he won't go thru the embarrassment of telling his friends. Unfortunately for him and his friends he doesn't listen. :)
