why is it so hard to get in another relationship with someone?

i havnt been in a relationship in months im still trying to get over my past i want a relationship but im so scared too i have never felt like this before what should i do?

realtionships take long to develop, they are built on mutual faith and trust. so u will have to give some time. think 1000 times before breaking one, relationships are like glass....u can mend once it is broken but the crack will always show
