I don't think they think about it. Some people just do not develop the trade "consciousness" due to poor stimulation from the parents. They can kill someone, and walk away as if nothing happened. In the field of psychology alot of studies was done on this theme.

A lot is what they are taught when young. It is not difficult to teach the young to want to kill other people. It is the young that fight the wars. It is the young that do the suicide bombing. It is the young that carry the most hate. Religion plays a big part in how people think about others. Killing other people is not difficult if a person believes he or she is doing it to make something better. There are a few that kill just for the fun of it but thankfully that is a very few.

Good question. I think some don't value life. I think they think they are so unimportant that they think all life is. I think some people think they are so important that they can make the decision of who lives and who dies. That they know better than anyone else. I guess on some level, though, even these people don't value life as they should. It's not an easy question to answer.

Because if the life that's being taken has taken many other people's lives or done other terrible things, then they should'nt have the opportunity to do it again or to even breathe our oxygen.

because there is no fear of consequence and they value human life very little. It's not them that's dying, so what do they care and nothing is going to happen to them. They should die the way they killed the person.

No self control or morals.
Also when some people kill they don't realise they go into a state of uncontrolable rage and her not aware of what is going on around them.

Unless its in war , self defense or the death penalty, its wrong and is murder. The bible says murder is a sin, but many people don't care what the bible says.

They may not think about it from an ethical or moral standpoint, especially if they are sociopaths.
