Stress is bad for you no matter what way you look at it and it is even worse when you are pregnant. If you stress about things to much then that can lead to problems with the baby and also the risk of the baby being born early. You need to pay attention to what the reasons why you get so stresses out, maybe you might be able to ask a friend as they might have seen what things they are. If you do feel very stresses with something, take yourself away from the situation and maybe turn on some soft soothing music, also take slow deep breaths in and out for a little as this will also help.

Just remember that there is nothing to big that you are not able to handle.

Stress causes problems, period. Right now, you would be at risk of pre-term labor, during labor undue stress could cause complications. But these are all risks associated with pregnancy, stressful or not. Do your best to take care of yourself and your baby. Find ways to relax.

Try and eliminate the problems, or at least somewhat resolve, the problems in your life that are causing the stress. Because, no matter how stressful you think it is now, wait until that second baby gets here and you are juggling a husband and 2 kids.

Stress can def. put your baby at risk. Especially for a lower birth weight. If your not eating right due to stress, that can make a big difference in the weight of the baby, and your own health as well.

I would be very concerned right now for the safety of the baby... Tell your husband that he should give you a break and love you rather than causing stress. Communicate this to him in a loving way

yes stress can harm the baby. even before the baby is born . i would talk to your doctor about it. and tell the hubby to chill out or get out you and your children don't need that crap.
