Nope, tried it, had to use a physical address!

You would need a permanent address in another state showing bills in the mail at that new address with your name on it.(for proof of residency) Then go to the DMV in Florida and make the license change. You may as well go the distance and register your car in another state too. This way you get Florida plates and your insurance will definetly be lower compared to jersey's rates.(if you still plan on living in jersey)
