The Constitution requires the President (head AND chief of state) to be elected in a specific manner. In a Parliamentary system, the prime minister (head of state) is elected by the majority party in the legislature. It would be impossible under our laws.

The toilet system in the UK Houses of Parliament are the same as normal systems in homes, offices etc. I am sorry but I have no details of other parliamentary systems.............
