No. Many over the counter daily vitamins have D in them. If it caused this effect, they would need warning labels. Don't believe your friends or urban legends, talk to a doctor!

no thats not true at all i take vitams every day and my periods never slow down. dont believe friends and urben ledgends all the time . if u want to take birth control pills that either makes ur periods go away for as long as u take them or they may make them very light periods . but before u do such a thing ask a docter first

you know what - you can get vitamin D from the sunshine! not just a pill - vitamins will not stop your periods? if you are having problems see a doctor

i dont really know about those stuffs but i think that isnt the whole truth, vitamin pills were made for everyone and i dont think it would stop periods

just take the pill that will stop them if you are going on holiday you can take one paket after the other and that will make u skip 1 period but dont do it too often its not very good for you

I don't think so. The contraceptive pill may be used to delay periods if you need to.

No it is not true. My wife tried that several times. besides what difference would 2 days matter in your period.
