We work together and I am friends with her husband too. I ask them over for dinner and try to have fun and get them to get to know my other friends too, but never will give me answer as to why they wont come. What to do?

Oh i wouldn't bother anymore just keep her as a work friend and socialize with your other friends outside work

Give her a last chance to answer, or tell her to think about it, and if she don't then just say, "Ok, I'll just find other friends." Maybe that'll make her think about it at least.

i wouldnt worry about it and find new friends these people are not your friends so just go on to better things why waste your time and energy on them?
