Do you realise the cost of a small free underfunded medical system like Britain's, the cost for one in America would be astronomical,
The cost of Boob jobs alone could be more than most countries national debts.

Your tax dollars are coming home as people purchase American goods like weapons.

If you had free medical it wouldn't be free my hard earned tax $ would be paying for your medical care so get a job and quit whining. That's the difference between Dem's and republicans. We need or want something we work and save then buy! Get IT?

Some of these doctors and pharmacutical companies would make less money and not be able to afford the finer things in life. and the gov't would not get there kick back Or if you are a monority, different color, don't speak english you can get on medicare, food stamps, welfare, housing, etc.
