You may split the power point file to become three or four files by using power point "save as " function to save the file as different names, then cut the each file becom only few slides. After that, you can use winzip to compress the files (or file) and use several email to send out the power point files. Also, you have to let the receiver to combine the files into one power point after he (or she) receive all files. I think this way will be a little trouble, but it will not over the limitation of the email size.

Run the file through a compression utility like WinZip. If the file is already compressed (like a .jpg), then Google for a "file splitter utility". There are a number of programs which will cut a file into pieces of a specified size. Email the pieces separately, and the recipient can use either the "copy" command or other utility to reassemble them.

try a zipping utility like Winzip or Winrar and zip it

if it dosent get smaller then u can use a file splitter software
by which u can cut the file into samll pieces n send each piece individually.

u can also upload the file on websites
like yahoo briefcase which allows u to upload stuff and
then can send the address (ur briefcase addess ) to ur friend who can dl it frm there
u may be able to send the attachment fmr the briefcase as an attachment as well

use the website www.sendthisfile.com

you will be able to upload really large files that are bigger than a CD can hold

You enter your email info and the receiving email address and upload your file to their server. Sendthisfile then sends an email to whomever you have designated and they get a link via email and can download your file.

Works like a charm I have sent 1 GB files this way perfectly
FREE too just register for FREE

Use the internet service:
www.yousendit.com

you upload your file and enter recipient's e-mail address. They will receive a mail which tells them where and how they can DL the file.
They havo to go the the site and download the file from the server. It stays on the server for 1 week, then it is deleted. It is completely free and also quite fast.

Download a file compression program like winzip, filzip, winrar, or winarc and compress it in a zip format. I'm pretty sure that it'll compress your file down to atleast half the file's current size.

You might want to try to compress it first. Try using WinZip to compress the file.
