I started my period about 3 weeks ago. Now it seems like i'm going to start again. Is this normal?

FYI I started my period after not having one for four months due to nursing my daughter.

It seems pretty normal; your body is just trying to get rid of that extra lining because it hasn't for so long. Try to regulate it with birth control, or see your doctor for blood tests.

It is normal for your body to adjust to having a period again. Some women go longer between periods than others. It seems normal to me but if you have severe cramping and excesive bleeding let your doctor know. Good luck

Yea, it's totally fine. Every woman has their different cycles and all their cycles depend on their surroundings. I know that my wife's usually comes later in the month, but sometimes, it's at the beginning and then at the end with about 2-3 weeks inbetween each cycle.
