Give me a break...London is a multi-cultural society with a over 400 different cultures living within a few doors of one another. There are women that chose to were the Habib ? or cover themselves it is a personal choice nobody is bothered with who you are. Sikh policemen wear their turbans instead of the standard helmets. We've seen it all.

The only people we have an adverse problem with (by adverse I mean laughing out loud at them) are nudists. Which I hope you are!!!

Why would anyone stop living their life because of what others think or feel. There are traditions that are important and must be respected...it does not matter one least bit what other people think.

Of course it could be different if you were a black man, walking into a town that was famous for their prejudices against blacks...like a KKK sympathetic city. Might want to think twice about that for your safety.

But London is pretty diverse. Like anyplace, you have to be careful where you go. Know your surroundings.

Totally not true. I'm sure if you sat on a tube fiddling with a bag that had electric wires sticking out someone would look scared of you, but most of the millions of people in London manage to get on my just ignoring each other!

There are areas of London that are filled with Arabs. Go to Edgware Road and you will feel fine. Hell, Harrod's is owned by an Egyptian!

Nope, you get plenty of different races in London, it's more likely if you're tall you'll get people staring, they don't seem to have many tall people in London :P
