I have opened yahoo personals to view the video. I used to be able to open and listen/view the videos, but now it just comes up with a grey blank screen...with the menu bar saying, "done". Could anyone tell me if it is a security issue or maybe something I need to "allow"? I have Norton Commander on my Computer and a personal firewall. Thanks

disable ur norton...go to microsoft.com download encoder files for u media player..is great possibility ur norton is not reconizng ur files as files and thinking it is a threat so disable norton as u download encoder files then try again...if this fails un-install to re-install ...win media player u have dll file screwed up...a personal note: get rid of norton before it crashes ur computer..read yahoo tech page for norton faults and debugging worse program on the market...this is just my opinion....cya
