is it better to look exactly at her eyes,while talking to each other or not?

I personally am a big fan of eye contact. If you can't look me in the eyes, I feel like you have something to hide.

I enjoy making eye contact with people. But sometimes it can be intimidating if the person makes too much eye contact for the wrong reasons. As well as if they don't make any eye contact at all. It's good to make eye contact only to show interests, but don't over do it because then the person you are speaking with may think your a bit crazy. Try smiling and using good body language and facial expressions as well. Because you can hide lots of secrets behind the eyes, but your facial and body expressions can give it all away.

Yea, but if you can't, make something good out of it, make it cute/funny. Me and best friend both had a problem with looking each other in the eyes, she'd look away from me and she'd bluh, but i thought it was cute, and i did the same thing to her, but as long as you are talking u should look her in the eyes

Yes. eye contact is good. there's something called 'the triangle'. It's where one looks from eye to eye, then to the mouth and back. Check out body language on the net!

I agree with LH7784, if you have nothing to hide, I suggest to always look at a person in their eyes. It makes for a more romantic feeling also.

I say yes,directly into the eyes.People feel more comfortable and feel your being honest when you look into their eyes.After all the eyes are the direct connection to the soul.When one avoids eye contact there is something wrong.

If she is comfortable with full-on eye contact, then go ahead. If she looks away or seems uneasy, look away or at her ears or nose and dont stare for too long in one place.

giving eye contact shows that you are interested in what that person is saying to you. plus, it is only polite. it shows that you have respect for that person. on the personal note, if someone is not looking at me, then i think they are trying to hide something.
