I assume we are talking a driver's license and not a professional license. You can always petition the judge for an alteration to the provision.

Depending on what licence u are refering to.

First report the licence missing to the local police station and fill in an affidavit that it is lost.

Take a copy to the registration office, who issued you the licence and fill out a form for a replacement or copy to be made.

You gotta go to the driving school and from there, get a license.

The drivng school will test you and they'll enable you to get a new license.
