THere are many variables ... paint, body, mechanicals (you say it isn't running!), and the desire of the individual.
If you really want to convert it to cash, try an auction. There are some pretty prestigious auctions out there.
But some advice, spend a few $s and get it at least into running condition.
Personally, I prefer somewhat more modern machines ... I hate kick-starting. But there are collectors who will pay major dollars for an old Indian. Have you tried calling one of the museums, like Wheels Through Time in North Carolina? They might be interested in taking a look.
