In a prism angle of incidence is only th equal to angle of emergence when there is the conditin of minimum deviation.
then angle of prism = 2r coz both the angle of refractions are equal.

Shine a beam of light onto a mirror at any angle to an imiginary plane vertical to the mirror and measure the angle of the reflected beam. It will be the same.

cant be done until your more specific in your question! Do you mean light?..Are you refering to singular angles, parallels or multiples?Do you mean a particle or an object?..And into what?..solid liquid gas plasma?..There is a theory, but you must be more specific!

And if Descartes proved it, that should satisfy any teacher.
