Contact the DA or Prosecuting Attorney in the jurisdiction where the complaint was filed.

Many cases involving complaints filed by ex-spouses are not vigorously investigated unless there is corroborating evidence to substantiate the complaint. They are frequently viewed as being filed out of spite.

You know Marion County is SLOOOOW unless it is a murder or something. Once you give information of fraud, they cannot give you any information about the status of the investigation. If your complaint is substantiated, it will be turned over to the prosecutor, if the amount is substantial, then you can get the information from the court. But, don't hold your breath. I turned in a guy who was collecting full disability while still employed full time in the field that he was supposed to be unable to work. I had witnesses, photographs, etc. It took three years for charges to be filed. But it did eventually happen and he had to pay back $135,000.00 Good Luck!

you may be able to call and check up on the status of the report. I doubt you'd be able to find anything if you recently reported her. All court documents are public however.
