I bet it does work, but you don't know how to use it...
When you press Print Screen, what your computer does is COPY the image on your screen. That means, that after you press it, you have to go into a program like Microsoft Paint and PASTE it.

You should still be able to right-click with mouse, (or right button below touch screen on my laptop), highlight the whole page with SELECT ALL, right-click again, and PRINT should be an option on that screen. Have a great day!!

Print screen does not print the screen, it just copies what is on the screen to the clip-board. Then you have to go to mspaint and choose edit--paste, to paste it into paint, then you can print it. I hope this helps

Get your keyboard checked. The Printsceen Button could be just damaged or have dirt wedged under it.
Disconnect it, open it up with a screw driver and get it cleaned. Just be careful when opening it up as it may have small parts. Get professional help if needed.
