The word used was evolution, maybe a misnomer because eolution is relative and would follow the Laws of relativity.
Darwin or his followers never mention that?

Relative processess involve time changes that means changes with time.
Aand time is relative depending on the processes it describes.
Basically Human are decaying with time wich includes genetics decay all caused by radiactivity from cosmic sources and other sources. So when one talks about time in involves Eintein's Time equations. This is Physics.

Actually, Darwin did not like the term "evolution" ... this implies a directional progress (a misconception that many people today have). He preferred the phrase "descent with modification" ... but that was a mouthful, and to his slight dismay "evolution" is what caught on.

I don't understand what you mean by "evolution is relative and would follow the Laws of relativity." Could you explain what you mean?

Thanks for add'l info. I still don't quite follow you, but since you clarify that you are talking about Einstein's theories of Relativity (and not, say, Newtonian or Gallilean Relativity), it's clear that Darwin could not have known about it (as Einstein had just turned 3 years old when Darwin died).

But in any case, I can find very little in any theory of Relativity in physics that has any relevance at all to biological evolution. Relativistic time-related effects like time dilation are only relevant to objects traveling at or near the speed of light.

Not that I have ever noticed, and I've read most of Darwin's essays and The Origin of Species 3 times. Heavy reads but no mention of physics in evolution.

Nope, genetics.

You're using Einstein theory of relativity incorrectly (your very own misnomer)...

The relativity, or relative theory Einstein discussed was between "space and time," not brothers and sisters.

You need to keep reading people's work thoroughly *L*

- Darwin can not be uniquely credited with taking Christianity out of technological know-how. in certainty, i'm no longer even particular he can permitted with that throughout the time of any respect. He basically ventured into adaptability of creatures, no longer the foundation of them. extra constructive confer with the 1000's of predecessors who widely used the actual recommendations (which contain gravity, astronomy, and medicine) by examine that grew to become into opposite to church dogma centuries formerly Darwin grew to become into born.
