I know firewall is the first thing to check but it still doesn't work.

some sites have been bloked by the network administrator in Lan for secuirty of for misuse of bandwidth like chating sites.so u can not access them in Lan

If this website doesn't work while others do, then it might be a problem on their side, and not yours.
Also, I know this is kind of obvious, but see if the address you're trying to reach is correct.

check your computer/network security set up for a start?
have you had any areas disallowed?
