You can, but keep in mind what could happen if it gets infected. If the infection gets into your blood stream, it can go straight to your heart and cause serious problems. The same thing happens with infected teeth.

if the person with heart problems is on any type of medication, it may not be the best Idea. Most patients with heart problems have to be on a blood thinner. Most popular is coumadin. This makes them bleed easily. So if they get the slightest little cut they could bleed to death. This is TRUE!! They have to be really careful. If they are not on any type of blood thinner, then they should be fine.

What sort of heart problems? A murmur requires you to be pre-medicated with an antibiotic at least 3 hours prior to the piercing.

I dont see why not. Unless you are prone to infection or alergic to the silver in the ring or there is some risk with your medication. But I have never heard that you cant have piercings with heart problems. Check with your doc but I am sure it is safe for you to get it done.

i don't see why not, unless you have a blood clot problem as in your blood does not clot. When I pierced my tounge it bled profusely.
