Ghana in too tough a group even if they somehow get out of the group they will probably face Brazil so Quarters are a stretch for them.
Ivory Coast almost as tough a group but if they get out they may have a chance against Mexico or Portugal.
Tunisia not an easy group but easier than the above. Will have a chance against any of the group G teams that advance.
Togo easier group than the above though Spain, Ukraine or Tunisia will be tough in round 2. But they don't have the tallent of the above teams.
Angola in an easier group than the top three but I don't think they have the talent to get out of it. So they would be your filling out the numbers team.
Best chance for an African nation is if Ivory Coast comes in second in that tough group. If that happens the next matches could be Mexico and England(with an recoverying Rooney) before meeting Brazil in the semis.

Tunisia have fair chance to make it for 2nd round
Angola and Togo just come to see how Ronaldinho and Henry pay modern football.

Ivory Coast seems a good bet - rest are dark horses really - could spring a surprise or two but that's about it.
