i have been trieing to loose weight of the tops of my legs and my buttox, been trying for at least a month now but no results! can someone help me............. please.

Hello:)
I have been on WW now for 16 wks...I find that sqauts are good to do for excercise,and for buttocks...stand by your sink in kitchen with arm extending from sink,lift leg backwards in reps of 10...then do other leg...you'll soon feel it if you continue this excercise...Its works:)Good luck!

Exercise running, walking and swimming are the best for cardio workout which in turn will burn calories leading to weight loss. If it is a specific area you wish to work on do some light weights working on the muscle groups around that area.
Drink a lot of water not warm water but cold water as your body will burn more calories bring the water up to body temperature.

Control what you eat and exercise . Try to not snack to much to , unless you really need to ( for energy ) .Maybe you find it hard to loose weight because there is something you DIDN"T eat . Remember not ALL fats are bad . You also need a LITTLE glucose , for energy . Pick up a sport too !! It will help and make exercise a fun thing . Good luck and enjoy !!

I have the last month be loose 5 kilo with weight watchers in Belgium it's a diet with points you may eat so match as you want

Firstly, drink lot and lots of water. Secondly, get a body brush. Invest in a good one. Use after every shower. It will stimulate good circulation and help with exactly the areas you are wanting to improve. Learn the proper technique and you'll see results quickly.

if you wanna lose weight eat a lot of protein and do kardio training,that means 40 minutes of walking,you dont have to run.drink a lot of water,and if you wanna look real good do some weight training,this is the way that worked for me.

Swim at least twice a week, exercise in water,
Also, try wakeboarding.

do the atkins diet and play a sport like squash in which you lose around 1000 calories an hour!

eat less - excerise more - try special toning exercises for your legs and look at your mum and nan - some weight patterns can be genetic

exercise regularly especially swimming and dancing, eat healthy foods, avoid too much beer. Everything in moderation.
